Participant Application

The Benjamin Moore® Lead Referral Program is open to professional paint contractors and color consultants.

We are looking for painters who have a proven track record of quality craftsmanship, business skills and excellence in customer satisfaction. We are looking for color consultants who have the appropriate qualifications, business skills and excellence in customer satisfaction.

Potential candidates must have worked a minimum of two years in the business and be able to produce necessary accreditation and/or liability insurance documentation. See Requirements for full details.

By completing this application in full you will provide us with the information necessary to ensure you satisfy the above criteria.

Step One

What you need before you apply

To enroll in the Benjamin Moore® Lead Referral program, you will need some specific information and documentation about your business. Please have the following available before you get started:

  • Your Tax ID number
  • Your State License number(s) (if applicable)
  • A copy of your Auto insurance (must be uploaded as a .pdf or .jpg)
  • A copy of your Liability insurance (must be uploaded as a .pdf or .jpg)
  • A copy of your Workman’s Comp insurance (must be uploaded as a .pdf or .jpg)

NOTE! You will also need your local Benjamin Moore Retailer(s)’ Website ID number(s) if you are enrolling in the local referral program. This number must be obtained from your local retailer.*

You will not be able to save your application while you are enrolling, so it is best to have all of your information ready. The application process should take only a few minutes to complete if you have all of your information and documentation available before you begin.
